Gulmarg India is the one great question that defies a full explanation. You would assume reliable hot water and heating were always included in the accommodation at a ski resort, but with hotels in Gulmarg you need to double-check. However don’t believe all that you see and read on the hotel websites! Check with a reliable source (like us!).
It is safe to say that given the low cost of living in Kashmir, the cost of Gulmarg hotels is excessive. Tariffs for a moderate hotel are similar to what you might pay at a top club lodge in peak season elsewhere in the world. With a few notable exceptions, the tariffs do not equate to the reality.
