La Fouly Ski Resort Switzerland

La Fouly Accommodation

La Fouly village is petite. Sitting in deep shade for much of winter, there are around three hotel/guesthouses plus a handful of chalet & apartment holiday rentals to choose from, some of which get more sun than others. A short stroll from the centre of the village and ski lifts Hotel Edelweiss is the pick of them. And the base of the chairlift and the perfect spot for meal & après ski drink in the convivial Auberge des Glaciers.

Away from La Fouly, if one had to pick the most central village to stay in when exploring all the Pays du St Bernard resorts, Orsières is the best choice. At the end of the train line from Martigny and with bus and road links to all the ski areas, Orsières also has one of the best restaurants in the region at the fantastic Hôtel Terminus, unsurprisingly situated just near the train and bus station. In the centre of the eerily quiet Orsieres old town, Hotel de l'Union provides an alternative.
