Pure Heliskiing

Pure Heliskiing offers the kind of heliski trip that is focused on great skiing above all. There are no fancy 5-star hotels or opulent dining. Everything is decent but set up so that the price can remain reasonable. Powder skiing is their passion and putting down the best fresh tracks on stellar terrain their main goal. Based in a traditional Sami village in Swedish Lapland above the Arctic Circle, and just 5 minutes by helicopter from Sweden's highest mountain, Kebnekaise, the heliski packages provide an opportunity to explore an incredible, wild location.

Rolled up in their passion for providing great skiing, another thing Pure Heliskiing values the most is a satisfied client. Whilst they have got the great riding covered, sometimes the weather simply won't let the helicopters fly. They have dedicated a fair amount of time to prepare a down-day program to fit anyone & everyone. And the result? Snowmobile, ice climbing, ice fishing, ski touring, and the Jukasjarvi Ice Hotel. There is no way you will get bored waiting for the weather, they will make sure of it!

Hello Rider
It’s a completely different type of skiing compared to the Alps – vast open plains, amazing scenery, beautiful nature. A totally different mindset of people, as well as the whole concept of the country, environment, and way of life. There’s a great sense of peace in everything, and the raw nature is just fantastic.
The bonus is, of course, the Northern Lights – absolutely wonderful!

I´ve been heliskiing in Alaska, Canada and South America, and my experience with Pure Heliskiing in Kebnekaise, Sweden was truly exeptional.
The team is highly professional, friendly and safety - oriented.
Conditions and terrain were fantastic and the organization flawless.
One of the best heliskiing operations.

Guide: Robin is experienced guide reading very well team mentality and dynamic. We had fun with other guides from Pure Heliskiing too:-)
Terrain reachable from Nikkaluokta base is alpine, varied from very steep to moderate slopes. There are basically no trees. During down days you can go ski touring, go up with snowmobile. There is very good opportunity to ice climbing.
Accommodation is at the helicopter base, is not luxurious, but is clean and works well.
We had very good time there and lot of fun.

Excellent heliskiing in Sweden for reasonable price. As always they are very experienced guides who are able to find best terrains in any condition. Also a lot of fun during the evening and reasonable downdays activities.

Skiing with Pure Heliskiing is a truly exceptional experience that stands apart from anything offered by more conventional operators. The professionalism and adaptability of both the guides and the pilots are outstanding. If the forecast predicts a brief weather window at five in the morning, they will be ready to fly at five – ensuring guests make the very most of the conditions.

Over the course of five trips with the company, I have encountered only two days when flying was genuinely impossible due to the weather. Even then, the programme never felt compromised. The guides immediately suggested alternative activities such as ski touring, ice climbing complete with campfire cooking, snowmobile racing, or a visit to the Ice Hotel nearby.

What makes Pure Heliskiing truly special, however, is the sense of security and trust they inspire. No matter the weather, terrain or activity, I have always felt completely safe in their hands – a priceless quality in such an environment.

I’ve been heliskiing with Robin and his crew in Sweden three times already, and it’s always been such an awesome experience. Super personal approach, really friendly vibe, and the runs were just for us - far from other spots/heli operators in the area, just fresh powder and us. The base is super comfy and well set up, so everything feels easy and relaxed. The accommodation run by a local Sámi family is amazing, including the traditional food. Even on down days, there are plenty of great activities, so the days are never wasted. Can’t wait to go again.

Beautiful heli spot in the north of Sweden, in the area of the highest Swedish mountain, Kebnekaise.
You are situated in the Sami village of Nikaluokta, only a few minutes of heli ride to the fantastic slopes of Kebnekaise.
The terrain is suitable for intermediate to expert riders.
The whole trip is very affordable, an ideal sneak peek into the heli skiing.
Guided by a very experienced team of Freeridecamps.cz
A lot of fun even on the no-fly days: ice climbing, snowmobile riding, cross-country skiing.
