Chapelco Lodging – Las Pendientes Ski Village

Adjacent to Chapelco resort is the ski village of Las Pendientes. Here there is a range of lodging including hotels, cabins and houses for rent. Much of the lodging is ski-in ski-out to the tiny Las Pendientes ski area, and the village is largely ski-in from Chapelco. Examples of accommodation include the 3 star Terra Alta Hotel and Las Gaias cabins.  

Las Pendientes provides the advantage of proximity to Chapelco (a 5 minute drive), but there is very little to do in the evenings other than flake out from a day on the slopes. Accommodations on-mountain also tend to be rather pricey relative to San Martin lodging.

San Martin de los Andes Hotels and Lodging

Most people choose to stay in the town of San Martin de los Andes, a 20 minute drive from Chapelco. Staying in town offers a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as off-slope activities. See our San Martin de los Andes hotels page for more information.
