• more than 90 days before tour start date - full refund less deposit (deposit non-refundable)
• 60-90 days before tour start date - 50% refund less deposit
• 30-59 days - 25% refund less deposit
• less than 30 days - no refund

Cancellation by Okami Group

• If Okami cancels a confirmed tour for reasons within its control (e.g. insufficient guide availability), the guest receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or the option to rebook a future time subject to availability.

Force Majeure

• Okami is not liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: avalanche closures, extreme weather, natural disasters, transport strikes, government travel restrictions, pandemic-related closures, or infrastructure failure.
• In such cases, Okami will use reasonable efforts to deliver an alternative itinerary or reschedule guided days.
• Where a Force Majeure event prevents delivery of a material part of the tour, Okami Group will offer a partial credit or rebooking option proportionate to the undelivered service, at its discretion, but is not obliged to provide a cash refund for costs already incurred with third-party suppliers (accommodation, lift operators, etc.).
• Okami Group strongly recommends that all guests hold travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, and weather-related disruption.
