Terrain reachable from Nikkaluokta base is alpine, varied from very steep to moderate slopes. There are basically no trees. During down days you can go ski touring, go up with snowmobile. There is very good opportunity to ice climbing.
Accommodation is at the helicopter base, is not luxurious, but is clean and works well.

Excellent heliskiing in Sweden for reasonable price. As always they are very experienced guides who are able to find best terrains in any condition. Also a lot of fun during the evening and reasonable downdays activities.

Skiing with Pure Heliskiing is a truly exceptional experience that stands apart from anything offered by more conventional operators. The professionalism and adaptability of both the guides and the pilots are outstanding. If the forecast predicts a brief weather window at five in the morning, they will be ready to fly at five – ensuring guests make the very most of the conditions.

Over the course of five trips with the company, I have encountered only two days when flying was genuinely impossible due to the weather. Even then, the programme never felt compromised. The guides immediately suggested alternative activities such as ski touring, ice climbing complete with campfire cooking, snowmobile racing, or a visit to the Ice Hotel nearby.

What makes Pure Heliskiing truly special, however, is the sense of security and trust they inspire. No matter the weather, terrain or activity, I have always felt completely safe in their hands – a priceless quality in such an environment.

I’ve been heliskiing with Robin and his crew in Sweden three times already, and it’s always been such an awesome experience. Super personal approach, really friendly vibe, and the runs were just for us - far from other spots/heli operators in the area, just fresh powder and us. The base is super comfy and well set up, so everything feels easy and relaxed. The accommodation run by a local Sámi family is amazing, including the traditional food. Even on down days, there are plenty of great activities, so the days are never wasted. Can’t wait to go again.

Beautiful heli spot in the north of Sweden, in the area of the highest Swedish mountain, Kebnekaise.
You are situated in the Sami village of Nikaluokta, only a few minutes of heli ride to the fantastic slopes of Kebnekaise.
