This tour starts & finishes in Santiago or Santiago Airport (SCL)

DAY 1 - Arrival day

• Transfer from your hotel in Santiago to Portillo.
• Check in at Portillo
• Afternoon of guided skiing/riding
• Dinner at hotel

DAY 2-4 for 7 night package or 2-3 for 6 night package - guided ski/ride Portillo

• Full day of guided skiing at Portillo
• 4 meals at hotel

DAY 4/5 - ski/ride Portillo, transfer to Los Andes

• AM Half day skiing at Portillo with your guide
• PM transfer to Los Andes.
• Either chill at the Inca Hotel or visit a vineyard (additional cost)
• Overnight at Inca Hotel

DAY 6 - full day cat skiing

• Breakfast at Inca Hotel 
• Transfer to Arpa cat skiing
• Full day cat skiing. Lunch box included
• Transfer back to Los Andes
• Overnight at Inca Hotel

DAY 7 - full day of cat skiing & transfer to Santiago/airport

• Breakfast at Inca Lodge 
• Transfer to Arpa
• Full day cat skiing. Lunch box included.

About Rates:

• Price based on 4 participants on tour. Less participants will result in higher cost whilst more (up to max 6) will result in lower cost.
• Min 2 participants required to operate tour. Max 6.
• Solo travelers will be paired with another same gender guest in a twin share room.
• 6 day trip 3 nights Portillo (Wed - Sat). 7 day trip 4 nights Portillo (Sat - Wed)
• Price is in USD.

Inclusions

• 3/4 nights twin-share lodging in a Double Valley Room at the Portillo Hotel
• Four meals per day (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner) at Portillo
• Unlimited access to ski lifts for five days at Portillo
• Complimentary use of hotel facilities including heated pool jacuzzi, sauna, fitness center & more
• All private transfers to/from Santiago to/from all destinations
• 2 half-days & 2 or 3 full days of guiding at Portillo
• 2 nights lodging including breakfast at the Inca Hotel in Los Andes
• 2 full days of guided snowcat skiing with Ski Arpa (includes boxed lunch, water & snacks)

Glove Travel Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT & BALANCE

• At 45 days or greater from departure, a deposit of 50% is required to confirm reservation.
• The balance is due 45 days prior to departure. Failure to make your final payment on time is considered a cancellation on the part of the passenger.
• 100% payment is required to confirm reservation for any trip booked with less than 45 days prior to departure.
• Glove Travel prefers bank wires/transfers in USD however credit cards & PayPal are also accepted (additional fees may apply for CC & PP).

CANCELLATIONS

By Glove Travel

In the event that a trip be cancelled by Glove Travel due to circumstances beyond its control, Glove Travel will provide the customer with a full refund (less any expenses incurred) or a credit for a future trip. Glove travel will provide further documentation regarding this with a quote request.

By The Customer

Cancellation prior to departure:

• More than 61 days - 10% of the trip cost or USD 150 per person (whichever is higher) + expenses
• 60 - 45 days - 25% of the trip cost
• 44 - 31 days - 50% of the trip cost
• <31 days - 100% of the trip cost

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Glove Travel strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance that includes:

• Cancellation or interruption cover due to injury or sickness. This includes injury or sickness of a family member, travel companion or business partner.
• Medical expenses including COVID-19.
• Emergency evacuation and repatriation costs in respect of all of your activities.
• "Cancellation for any reason" (CFAR) to ensure all funds can be recovered (optional coverage).
