Heli Skiing Packages

Himalayan Heliski trips operate from late February to early April from Saturday to Saturday, commencing and finishing at Kathmandu International Airport.

A Private Package is for your group of up to 6 guests sharing 2 guides and 1 helicopter. It includes 6 days of heli skiing with 12 hours of helicopter flight time. The package includes a flight from Kathmandu International Airport to Pokhara.

The Ultimate Package is for your group of up to 3 people, sharing 2 guides and 1 helicopter. It includes 6 days of heli skiing with 10 hours of helicopter flight time. The package includes a helicopter transfer between Kathmandu and Pokhara.

Both heli skiing packages include single share accommodation with half board, use of Rossignol powder skis (snowboarders will need to bring their own equipment), and Mammut safety equipment: avalanche airbag pack, beacon, probe, and shovel.

If you want to check availability or have any other questions, please get in touch.

Getting There

Fly to Kathmandu and then all the logistics are taken care of. You’ll spend a night in Kathmandu then get a flight or helicopter to Pokhara the next day. See here for more on the location.

Ability Level

The Himalayan Heliski operation is designed for experienced skiers who are familiar with heliskiing. Whilst the objective is not to take unnecessary risks, and you don't need to be a Freeride World Tour athlete, it is essential to have solid technical skills and the ability to manage your own lines. This is due to the scale of the environment, the altitude, and the spectacular nature of the terrain.

Please get in touch if you have any questions about ability or fitness.
