Where is Resort Inn Chitose?

Resort Inn Chitose is located in a rare position, with both proximity to the heart of the Nozawa Onsen village as well as the slopes. It is just a 2 minute walk up a path to the Yu Road travelling walkway which leads up to the Hikage Gondola.

Nozawa Onsen’s most famous onsen, Oyu, is located just 100 metres down the path from Resort Inn Chitose, and then there is a high concentration of restaurants and bars. Note that the inn is located on a steep path on the way up to Yu Road, so you’ll want to wear sensible shoes if you’re heading out for dinner.

Rooms

• Japanese style rooms with bathroom (futons on the tatami floor) catering for 1 - 4 guests
• Japanese style rooms that use shared bathrooms, catering for 1-4 guests
• Western twin rooms with western beds and a small tatami area with low table catering. A 3rd guest can be accommodated with a futon on the tatami flooring. Other Japanese décor includes shoji screens. These rooms have a private bathroom including bath.

Rooms are non-smoking and have wifi access.
