Where is Pension Sanrinsha?

Pension Sanrinsha is located at the entrance of the Iwateyama pension village approximately 1 km from Iwate Kogen Ski area and 3 km from Amihari ski area. It is also central to access ski areas such as Shizukuishi, Appi Kogen and Tazawako.

Rooms

The rooms are simple and the beds are on the small side but adequate for a few days stay.

There is a desk & stool, power outlets and small TV (but only Japanese channels).

Each room has its own heating and a window so you can easily control the temperature.

The wifi works very well so downloading your favourite Netflix programs to your computer is possible.

Bathroom facilities and communal and includes small private onsen baths.

Dining & Bar

They have a nice cosy dining area and offer a western breakfast and superb nightly meals. We were blown away by the food and the value offered.

There is a drinks vending machine and you can also purchase beer, wine and shochu with dinner.
