Where is La Vista Daisetsuzan?
Hotel La Vista Daisetsuzan is located in the very quiet village of Asahidake Onsen, 700 metres (10 minute walk or 2 minute drive) from the Asahidake Ropeway.
If you don’t have a car, the hotel provides a free scheduled shuttle between JR Asahikawa Station and the hotel, and shuttles to and from the ropeway station.

- Twin room with extra bed – western beds, up to 3 guests
- Comfort twin room – 1 double western bed, 1 single western bed, up to 2 guests

- Japanese/western combo room – 2 single western beds & tatami floor seating area with a low table and seating cushions where 2 futons can be placed, up to 4 guests
Rooms have an ensuite bathroom, TV, fridge & kettle with tea, hand-grinder and fresh coffee beans. Some rooms have a fireplace.

Accommodation packages have the option of including breakfast or including breakfast & dinner. Keep in mind that there are no evening restaurants in Asahidake, so if you don’t get dinner included in your plan you’ll need to BYO meals (rooms have a small fridge and kettle).
Breakfast is a substantial buffet that incorporates Japanese and some western cuisine.
Dinner alternates between a Japanese set menu and French cuisine and pre-reservation is required.
Complimentary ramen is provided for supper.
