Terms & Conditions
As per agreed terms & conditions with the tour operator, Roger Mountain Guide, at the time of booking, and including, but not limited to, any T&Cs listed below. Any contractual arrangements as a result of a booking enquiry are directly with the tour operator and is subject to their terms and conditions.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The activity we are going to carry out takes place in a natural environment, the mountain, which must be respected and which requires careful environmental behavior.
The activity we are going to carry out is an activity that is carried out in a natural environment, not controlled by man and that has risks that cannot be completely controlled by the Guide and the company.
I have been informed that the activity is led by a qualified guide and is developed within their professional competencies. The guide is the one who directs the activity, having to abide by its decisions during the practice of the same.
I know the activity we are going to do, the place where it is, the travel that requires arriving at the place and the special characteristics of the activity, as well as the prerequisites that I require to be able to participate in it.
I have the necessary material for the activity and the company has given me the necessary technical material for it. The material is in good condition and within its useful life. I undertake to return the material delivered by the organization in the same condition in which it was provided to me or to pay its value in the event of loss or deterioration.
I know the price of the activity and what it includes and does not include.
The company has informed me that it has a Liability and Accident Insurance for participants.
I have been informed that I have the complaint form at my disposal.
As a participant in the activity I have informed the company ROGER MOUNTAIN GUIDE that I do not suffer from any disease that may influence the development of the activity.
I declare that I have been informed of all these assumptions.
PAYMENT CALENDAR
- Once the activity and the price have been agreed by both parties, the customer agrees to pay 50% of the total amount of the Guide's service as a Reservation Deposit.
The remaining amount will be paid before the start of the contracted activity.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER
Depending on the terms in which the cancellation is communicated by the customer, and only in the case of not having started the activity, a percentage of the Reserve Deposit will be refunded and another percentage will be retained for management and availability costs:
o Up to 20 days before the start date; 100% return
o Up to 10 days before the start date; 50% refund
o Between 9 days before and the start date; 100% retention
POSTPONMENT, MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
- In case of adverse weather conditions, mountain conditions that prevent the development of the activity safely or causes of force majeure (natural disaster, war, natural disasters or accident, which prevent the participation of the whole group) the company reserves the right to cancel, modify or postpone the activity, after communicating the causes to the client.
- In this case the following options are contemplated, to choose by the client:
o Carrying out a different activity on the same dates.
o Postponement of the contracted activity.
o Definitive cancellation of the activity; 50% refund of the Reservation Deposit.
MINORS
Minors must provide an authorization signed by their parents or legal guardians or be accompanied by them.
IMAGES
The customer accepts the use of the images, whether photographs or videos, taken during the activity, for commercial purposes by ROGER MOUNTAIN GUIDE. Otherwise you must communicate this before starting the activity.
