Tokiwaya Ryokan
Tokiwaya Ryokan in Nozawa Onsen is listed as one of Japan's 100 famous hotels. It has been in operation for 4 centuries and is renowned for its natural hot springs. Tokiwaya provides a lovely traditional ryokan experience. It enjoys a very central position in the Nozawa Onsen village, next to the famous Oyu Onsen.
Where is the Tokiwaya Ryokan?
In terms of a central location in Nozawa, it doesn’t get any better! Tokiwaya Ryokan is located right in the main hub of Nozawa Onsen, with an abundance of restaurant and bars on the doorstep. The famous and highly photographed Oyu public onsen is 10m away.
The historic ryokan is just a few minutes walk up to the Yu Road travelator (that goes up to the Hikage slopes) and about 8 minutes walk to the Nagasaka Gondola.
