Booking Terms and Conditions
The Booking Conditions outlined below form part of your agreement with Green Kiwi Tours
when you make a reservation. In these Booking Terms and Conditions, “Green Kiwi Tours”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, and
“our” refer to Green Kiwi Tours Limited
1. Our Contract
Your contract is with Green Kiwi Tours. By booking a trip, you agree to be bound by
these Booking Terms and Conditions and any special conditions that may apply to your tour. This forms the complete agreement between you and us.
2. Price Quote
Your booking will be accepted based on the pricing outlined in your booking confirmation.
Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) per person and are subject to availability. We
reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to receiving your full deposit. Once your
deposit is received, we will confirm your booking within 7 business days.
3. Deposits and Final Payments
To secure a booking, a $199 NZD non-refundable deposit is required. If your booking is
made within 70 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
No arrangements will be made until payment is received. Final balances are due 70 days
prior to the start of your tour.
Accepted payment methods include Visa or Mastercard and international
bank transfers. You are responsible for all associated bank fees
and any currency conversion differences. Tour documents will not be released until full
payment is received. We use the secure method of Stripe to take payments.

If you cancel your booking in part or in full, the following cancellation terms apply.
