Jasper Canada has a large range of restaurants, ranging from fine fare to casual dining and take-away joints. The Jasper restaurant gamut also covers plenty of international cuisine including Korean, Chinese, Greek and Italian.

Many of the restaurants are located inside hotels such as Terra at the Crimson Jasper Hotel, so you need to keep your eyes peeled for some of the best Jasper restaurants.

The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge has various restaurants including Elderwood, The Barbicon, Orso Trattoria and Lume.

The Raven Bistro (504 Patricia Street) is a great pick for dinner, with creative dishes, including seafood and regional ingredients, in a relaxed bistro setting.

Cassios Restaurant inside the Whistler’s Inn has a very large menu of Italian cuisine and a great range of wines.

There are also various Jasper bars. Perhaps don’t put the De’d Dog Bar and Grill at the top of your list for fine drinking. However if you want a cheap drink and cheap soulless pub food, this is the place to go.
