First Tracks apartments are situated in a premium Niseko location and are a perfect choice for families.
Where is First Tracks Niseko?
If position is important, First Tracks has one of the best in town. The apartments are located only metres from the Family Run and Ace Family lift in the central Hirafu Village and easy access to all the village has to offer.
The apartments' location makes them one of the best locations for families with young children. Literally just a few steps down to the Family Ski run and a very short ski or walk down the slope to the Ace Family lift.
The Family Run is a very gentle slope and is accessed by a chair ideal for beginners learning to ride a chairlift for the first time. The Ace Family lift is also used by skiers and boarders staying in the central and lower village to access the upper lifts and slopes of Niseko.
NBS Kids operate from the base of the Ace Family Pair lift and offer private and group lessons for children and adults and also offer ski and snowboard hire at the same location.
Accommodation
First Tracks apartments comprise of 3 x 2 bedroom and 1 x 3 bedroom apartments:
- 2 bedrooms - 2 x twin/double rooms + sofa (up to 5 guests), 1 bathroom
- 3 bedrooms - 3 x twin/double rooms + sofa (up to 7 guests), 2 bathrooms
All rooms can be set up as either twin or double rooms and there is a sofa for an extra guest in the lounge area.
Apartment Facilities
Each apartment is decked out with quality modern fittings and furnishings, and bathroom and a laundry.
The lounge /dining areas have views to the Family Run and there is a
dining table to seat 6 people and the kitchen comes fully equipped if
you want to cook up a storm at home.
The apartments have satellite TV with English channels including news and movies. There is a DVD and mini hifi system and wifi is also available.
There is also a common area in the basement with a clothes dryer, ski storage and ski tuning bench.
Services
The apartments are serviced daily for fresh towels and rubbish removal.
Linens are refreshed every 7 days.
Upon arrival you will find a starters pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, washing powder & body soap.

There are no on-premises restaurants or bars however there are dozens of restaurants & bars within a short walk.
