Exceptional

Our lovely hotel room
The room was huge
Fantastic breakfasts
The pool and hot tub were an amazing highlight
Communal areas to catch up with friends
We had an exceptional stay at the Stein Eriksen Lodge at Deer Valley. The various buildings of the hotel are all beautiful and appointed with old world grandeur furnishings.

Our hotel room was just delightful with an incredibly comfortable king bed, luxurious manchester, and a gorgeous outlook. The bathroom and dressing room were very large, which added to the lavishness of the room.

The amenities of the hotel were impressive, although we were too busy skiing on the lovely corduroy to check too many of them out, but the hot tub was a great way to end the ski day.

The buffet breakfast was spectacular and consisted of an array of lovely continental and cooked items. We also had apres ski drinks at the Troll Hallen Lounge which was great, but like many other Utah establishments, we had to order appetizers to get drinks, even though we weren’t hungry.

The service was mostly attentive and very good, although we experienced a comedy of errors relating to the ski valets losing a set of our ski poles and then trying to find them again. Luckily it wasn’t a big deal as the overall service and experience of our stay was excellent.

This is a stellar place to stay to fully experience the luxury of Deer Valley.
