Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was exceptional; I don't usually eat breakfast but I couldn't help myself.
Staff steered us to great places to ski. rent skis, eat, buy souvenirs and knew all the onsens. They picked us up coming to Niseko and took us to the bus leaving.
I was impressed.

Pros
- Great central location to restaurants and shops and only a short walk to a lift
- Modern décor with a touch of Japanese influence
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Impressive breakfast

Potential Con
- The standard rooms are somewhat small because the king bed takes up most of the space. There’s plenty of room for storage but it just gets a little squeezy for 2 people to get past each other in the “corridor” of the room.

Stayed here with the family and got an adjoining room for the kids. The staff are very friendly and the hotel nice a new and clean.
