Snow Park Accommodation Snow Park has ski-in ski-out accommodation so it’s pretty unique for New Zealand because on-mountain accommodation is a rarity amongst NZ ski areas, whilst ski-in ski-out accommodation is even rarer.

The Snow Park ski-in ski-out apartments are modern and luxurious and have four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The apartments also have living areas with a fireplace, full kitchens and large decks. It is possible to book out the whole apartment (max occupancy 12) for $680 per night or just a room for $180 per night (2011 rates). Room configurations can be booked with either a queen bed or twin beds.

Snow Park also has backpacker style accommodation at the Woolshed bunk rooms. Rooms have 4, 8 or 16 beds and shared bathrooms. Rates are $45 per night per person which reflects that this isn’t your average backpacker – it’s “flashpacker” accommodation!

Other Accommodation for Snow Park NZ The other option is stay in either Cardrona accommodation, Wanaka accommodation or Queenstown accommodation. The downside is that a daily commute to Snow Park is required each day, but the advantages of Queenstown and Wanaka include a range of alternative activities, other ski resorts, dining at a huge range of restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife.
