When a deposit is received:
- Update "status" to "Confirmed".
- Enter "Actual Value" of booking in your currency
- Enter your "reference number" if applicable.
If not going ahead:
- Update "status" to "Cancelled"
In each case, choose a "booking outcome" from drop-down
menu.
If a guest entered several requests, choose "duplicate" for all other requests beyond the one that had an outcome.
Any additional notes will also assist us to improve our targeting and reduce time-wasters.
