Best way to do the powder highway!

My husband and I had been wanting to go to Canada to experience what the snow resorts had to offer. I had started doing my research on which places to go and where we were going to stay and I was overwhelmed. I stumbled across this snow tour group and I'm so glad I did!
The crew at Mountain Movements were great! From the moment we were picked up from the airport, we were welcomed into the group of fellow tour goers. They had our whole trip planned out with where we were sleeping and which mountains we were hitting up for the day. They had the scoop on which restaurants were good in certain areas and knew where all the breweries were along the trip to stop at. ( Which my husband loved, since he is a Brewer himself.) There is plenty of opportunities to have some down time if you need it and you can do your own thing for dinner if you'd like. We enjoyed our group quite a bit, so we spent most of our time together.
Our group as a whole were pretty good riders, so it was nice to push myself in new terrain. I was probably the 'slowest' of the group but I need felt left behind. There was always one of our guides close by and I really appreciated that.
All in all this trip was way better than anything I could have planned and it was awesome to have some fun personalities to keep us laughing throughout the week. We will have some great memories from this trip and some new friends we hope to see again.

I have done two trips with these guys and can't wait to go again in 2021. I'm from BC and have driven these mountains on my own and I can easily say that the Mountain Movements tours are without a doubt the best way to see the area. Hayman and Rob know all of the hidden gems, both on the mountain and off. Finding us fresh pow on tracked out mountains, great restaurants, better cocktail bars (or breweries if you're into that), and some stunning accommodation. These are the kinds of thing that would be rare to find on your own, and are what really makes the trip special. Skiing with them is always fun (but not mandatory) and Hayman would be happy to take you down some cruisey green runs. If you want something more, then Rob is always keen to absolutely "send it" and he's never short on enthusiasm to make you do the same, even if its day 5 and your body is a weak sack of goo. I absolutely love riding with these guys, love exploring an amazing part of my province with these guys, and sending it from first lifts to last call with these guys. See you next year!

Traveled all the way from Darwin Australia and should have done a longer tour for sure! Hayman and Rob were great guides on and off the slopes. They had heaps of energy and good vibes throughout the entire tour. The tour was jam packed and not just limited to boarding/skiing, but also sled tours, relaxing hot springs, heli tour, howling with wolves and lots of beer tasting! I was in a group of 8 and we all got along so well. Made some good friends and although the tour was short I sure made the most of it and had a blast! Strongly recommend these guys :D

Fantastic host, ride with locals, a perfect Canada road trip tour.

We are pleased with the quality service and hospitality of the Mountain Movements team. It was our first time in Canada. We wanted a trip where we can get a good sense of the Canadian ski culture, local uncrowded resorts, on-slope excitement and a relax & laid-back off-slope time. The Powder Highway Epic Tour was a perfect choice. The local mountain host gave us insights to the best trails and ungroomed terrains known to the locals. Small group per staff/host ratio keeps good on-slope dynamic, fun and interesting for all skills level. Good crew, coffee, choice of local craft beer breweries (personal highlights), restaurants, hot springs and very comfortable accommodation all makes the off-slope experience memorable for us. The tour duration was just right to cover some of the best resorts in Alberta and BC. We were fully recharged at the end of the trip and already looking forward to returning next year. Thanks, @jonathan.paar for professional photos

Hayman and his very friendly Mountain Movements crew went over and above to provide us with a memorable trip through Canada. They showed us the best on and off piste sections of all the mountains. Not only that but the off-mountain activities were also a lot of fun - great bunch of people to hang out and share stories and experiences with. Many thanks!
