The remarkables and coronet peak are the same company. We paid over 300 for boarding and hire. We were advised to purchased a package on the advice that of you do not use the slope and obtain a beginner lesson then a ski pass is not required.

When we signed in it took in excess of 1 hour and 20 minutes because I quote “one system is not taking to another”. This was incovenient however I understand technical difficulties can occur.

During our ski hire on each day I was advised that my hire pass was on the ski booking however was not applied to the pass. Each time I had to go to the main desk to advise the rental area. This had to happen each day.

When we left the lodge I attempted to obtain the credit based on the written and verbal advise from coronet peak. The manager at remarkables applied the credit to the good looking lady in front however refused to credit me because I “didn’t book at remarkables and I could try it at coronet peak”(1 hour drive). I explained how it was beginning to be frustrating and if it was this important then I will leave the $78. As I left the employee and the manager started laughing in a disrespectful manner to each other.

The snow was beautiful and our ski instructor was amazing. I just wish the enquiries area took a page from our instructors book, were a bit more professional and accommodating as it was a disappointing experience.
