Morino Lodge is a fully non-smoking lodge and very well located just a couple of minutes walk to the Akakura Kanko ski area lifts and the same to the central village area.

Room types include:

• Double/Twin with toilet & shared bathroom (1-2 guests) twin beds can be joined together to make a large double bed
• Double/Twin with private bathroom (1-2 guests) twin beds can be joined together to make a large double bed
• Double/Twin with tatami area & private bathroom (3-5 guests) - up to 3 futons or an additional twin/double bed can be put in the tatami area
• Family Suite with private bathroom (3-4 guests) - a bedroom with twin beds plus a room with 2 sofa beds
• Dorm bunk room with shared bathroom facilities (up to 4 guests) - a bed in a bunk room

Facilities

The lodge has been "westernized" with funky modern furniture and a touch of Japanese decor. There is a lovely communal lounge area and dining area for congregating with family & friends in the evenings and you can enjoy a drink from the on-site bar.

Services

The managers of the lodge speak English and they offer an western breakfast daily served in the dining room. They also offer ski lessons to guests.
