Facilities & Services
Eating On Mountain
Corbet’s Cabin at the top of the tram serves up the highest snacks around. Waffles are the main fare and are over-rated at best.
The top station of the Bridger Gondola has three separate eateries. If the sun is out the views are great, but all of them are too expensive to bother otherwise.
Other eating options on the mountain are at the bases of the Sublette quad (wraps etc) and the Casper Triple (some good nosh here).
Best quick eats are at the Village Cafe located skiers’ right of the tram terminal in the bowels of the Village Centre Building or the RMO Cafe in the Mangy Moose building.
Facilities for Children
The Wrangler Daycare facility provides daycare for young ‘uns aged from 6 months to 3 years. Full day programs for kids aged 3 years and up are available, but all will require a second mortgage on your house. There are also a few ‘Kids Night Out’ programs run through the ski season where parents get to dump the children off for 3 hours in the evening. You may get that romantic dinner together after all!
Ski School
The ski and snowboard school provides standard group and private lessons for adults and kids, as well as Nordic skiing lessons. Considering the gnarly terrain at Jackson Hole, the school also offers steep and deep clinics and other specialist clinics.
The ski and snowboard school also provides mountain guiding services. Guides will help you explore the thousands of acres of backcountry outside the boundaries of the ski resort. They’ll also provide tuition regarding technique and backcountry safety if you so desire.
