Getting To Wolf Mountain
By air: Salt Lake City is a major airline hub, so flights into the city are numerous.
By car: A car is the best way to access Wolf Mountain. Car rentals are available at the Salt Lake City International Airport or in
Salt Lake City itself. From Salt Lake City take the 1-15 north and exit to Ogden. Get onto Hwy 39 (12th St/Ogden Canyon) and travel east through the canyon (careful – it can get slippery in the mornings and evenings). At the Pine view Dam turn left on Route 158. After about 4.5miles you’ll come to 4 way stop near a supermarket and service station. Turn left at the 4 way stop and travel approx 2 miles west. Turn left at the first yield sign (there is supposed to be a Wolf Mountain sign here, but it was facing the wrong way when I visited!). You’ll clearly see Wolf Mountain now. One more left turn at a T intersection and you’ll see the car park on the right.
