Budget conscious travellers will love the cheap ski/stay packages. They include accommodation at the
Hibernation House (see our review), a full lift ticket and hot breakfast for the princely sum of US$79/person/night (2011/12 prices). Some conditions apply but it is a genuinely fine deal all through the season except weekends.
Other Whitefish Mountain lodging includes the top notch self contained units. Fully self contained apartments in

There are a few independent accommodation options on the mountain, the finest of which is the Kandahar. Superb rooms, facilities, bar and restaurant all in a ski-in location.

The town of Whitefish has all of the usual suspects when it comes to accommodation. The reliable and usually well priced Super 8 and Best Western are south of town. Other motels that are well placed and competitively priced include The Downtowner (not surprisingly right in the downtown of Whitefish) and Pine Lodge.
The Lodge on Whitefish Lake is a sprawling resort style complex north of downtown. It has high end accommodation as well as some lower priced options, and comes with a fine dining restaurant and spa facilities.
Other Accommodation near Whitefish Ski Resort
For a quiet alternative, a short drive north of the resort and with its own massive cross- country trail network, the Stillwater Mountain Lodge is certainly worth a look. It has three lovely self contained rooms available for large and small groups.
