Each insurer has many variations in what their policies covered so you must read the fine print to ascertain which policy is best for your needs. Use these cost comparisons as a rough guide to start your research for the ideal policy for you.
Annual Mulit-Trip Worldwide (including Canada, USA and Japan)This policy is ideal for people who plan on doing multiple trips to various locations around the world over a 12 month period. World Nomads doesnt actually have a multi-trip product, the $$ quoted below are based on an entire 12 months of travel (which is far cheaper than Snow Insurance and Ski Insurance for the same plan).

Notes:
- The SnowInsurance and WorldNomads costs automatically cover dependants under 21 under the family policies whereas the SkiInsurance pricing is based on 2 adults only. Dependants can be added to the policy for a minor increase in cost.
- The SkiInsurance policy is not based on exact weeks e.g. 1-5 days, 6 - 8 etc. Where the number of days equal the period of your trip exactly, their policy may actually be cheaper. For example, the costs above are based on 1 week being 6 - 8 days. If your were only travelling for 5 days the costs would be lower than those shown in the table above.
- Prices shown above are based on "worldwide cover" including Canada, USA and Japan which in general come at a premium. If you are not travelling to one of these destinations your policy may be significantly less than shown above.
- Prices shown above are in Australian dollars.
- SkiInsurance.com.au and SnowInsurance.com.au are only available to Australian residences whereas WorldNomads.com covers most countries around the world.
