The Remarkables ski area has a cafe and kiosk for lunch time dining (see the facilities and services page).
The café sells alcohol, but the interior of the café does not have any atmosphere conducive to après. However on sunny days, the elevated deck outside is a fabulous place to perch either for lunch, or for some après.
Most people head to Queenstown for après which then continues on well into the evening. Queenstown is nightlife and restaurant central, with no shortage of bars or dining options. See our
