Setsugetsu

Setsugetsu offers luxurious apartment accommodation at Niseko. Choose from a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom penthouse or a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartment. The latter can be sub-divided and rented separately to provide studio accommodation and a 3 bedroom apartment.

The apartments provide spacious living areas, fantastic views, and high quality accommodation.

Location Setsugetsu is located centrally in Hirafu, with restaurants and bars only 1-10 minutes walk away. The Ace Family slope and lift is only a 5 minute walk, whilst the shuttle bus stop is only 1 minute away. 

Accommodation Apartments are either:

• 4 bedroom (max guests 8)
• 3 bedroom (max guests 6)
• Studio (sleeps 2-3 persons)

The master bedroom of the exquisite 4 BR penthouse has an ensuite with a large private onsen bath. The other bedrooms have twin bed configuration, a queen bed, and a twin bed that can be joined together to make a king bed if requested at the time of booking. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.

The 3BR luxury apartment rooms have a king bed, double bed, and twin beds. The apartment has 3 bathrooms.

The studio apartment has a double bed with a fold out sofa bed, and a beautifully appointed bathroom with a large bath.

Penthouse 4 BR Facilities The glamorous penthouse has a huge living area with couches, a bar, and an entertainment system that includes a projector and large screen, DVD library, I-pod speakers, Wii-console and Wii-Sports. The living area also has a large dining table, a delightful open fire, and a large balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen has exceptional modern appliances including a coffee machine.

The penthouse has full laundry facilities and ski/snowboard storage.
 
Other facilities include wireless internet and use of an i-mac.

3BR Apartment Facilities
The luxury apartment has an open living area with couches and a dining table. The entertainment system includes a flat screen TV, DVD player, I-pod docking station, and wifi network.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry, and ski/snowboard storage.

Studio Facilities
The studio has a small living area with a couch, table, TV, DVD player and i-pod speakers.

The studio includes a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a small laundry and drying cupboard.

Property FacilitiesThe property has parking for 2 cars (on a first come first served basis) and a 4WD vehicle is available for rent.
